Since I was kid I have been interested in cycling,it has been my hobby until now.When the pandemic started,I saw lot of cyclists including my friends,so i decided to join.Many people tell me that i can’t get anything and i can get tried,but I don’t think about it becuase I like cycling.
Cycling give me a fun. Riding my bike has done wonders for my probkems and stress levels.I have found that going on a bike ride early in the morning allows me to keep my stress and that riding my bike when I get home is the perfect way to relax. have met many strangers and become friends.Cycling have a lot of fun, it is also an amazing form of exercise burning over 500 calories in an hour and giving new found strength, muscle tone, increased cardiovascular fitness and strengthened bones. Cycling is low impact on the and can be enjoyed by pretty much anyone.
